Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare tartlet molds.
  2. Combine almond flour and melted butter; press the mixture into the molds and bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly browned, then leave to cool.
  3. Melt the chocolate, mix with the avocado flesh and the sweetener to obtain a smooth ganache; spread over the cooled bases.
  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to firm up, serve chilled with orange zest if desired.
