The union of wisdoms

At 52 years old, I see in the low-carb diet a deep resonance with the principles of Ayurveda. Vedic wisdom teaches us that food is our first medicine, and that balance is the key to life. By reducing carbs, we're not just dieting, we're returning to a form of metabolic purity that honors our deeper nature. My approach is an invitation to rediscover this harmony, where the body and mind nourish each other with clarity and vitality. It is a sacred union for lasting well-being.

This union requires particular attention to the quality of what we ingest. In the Vedic tradition, each food has an energy, a vibration. By choosing raw produce, healthy fats and vibrant spices, we raise our own frequency. Low-carb allows us to free ourselves from the heaviness of sugars and starches that cloud our consciousness.
